These Terms & Conditions apply to registration and participation in MARATHI AI MASTERCLASS 2026 – ChatGPT मराठीतून शिका, organized by Sidharth Mayekar.

1. Registration

Registration is completed only after successful payment and confirmation through the designated payment process. Participants must provide accurate contact information.

2. Fees

The current limited-time registration fee is ₹599/-. The reference/regular fee shown on promotional materials is ₹1,199/-. The limited-time offer is scheduled to remain available until 3 October 2026, 9:00 PM IST, subject to availability.

3. Session Details

The planned Masterclass is scheduled for 4 October 2026 at 10:00 AM IST for approximately two hours through Google Meet. The Google Meet access details will be shared with registered participants through the official WhatsApp Community.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Provide correct registration details.
• Keep the Google Meet and WhatsApp Community links private.
• Do not share paid session materials or access links publicly without permission.
• Use the learning content lawfully and respectfully.

5. Schedule Changes

If the registration capacity is reached or the organizer needs to reschedule the session, a new Masterclass date may be announced. Valid registered participants will be informed and their registration may be carried forward to the revised session.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Presentation materials, prompt resources, branding, graphics, recordings (if any), and other original materials provided for the Masterclass remain the property of the organizer or their respective owners. They may not be commercially reproduced or redistributed without permission.

7. AI Use Disclaimer

The Masterclass is educational. AI-generated information can contain errors. Participants are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, medical, employment, or other high-impact decisions.

8. Third-Party Services

Registration and payment may use third-party services such as Razorpay, and the live session may use Google Meet and WhatsApp. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Acceptance

By registering for the Masterclass, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Privacy and Refund & Cancellation policies.
